Mr. Gerard Field commenced as CEO of Capital Security Bank in January 2018, and is responisble for managing stakeholder relationships and the overall operations of the bank. He has over 26 years' experience in banking, treasury management arranging finance domestically in New Zealand, and globally in the international markets.

Dr. Harald Malmgren, after graduating B.A. summa cum laude from Yale,  started his public service in the defense field working under the Kennedy administration. He has had a distinguished career as a scholar, a US Ambassador, international trade negotiator, and senior aide to the US congress and four different Presidents. 

Don McAlvany started his illustrious career working as the National Marketing Director of a big gold-share investment. He then founded his own company, International Collectors Associates (ICA), a securities, precious metals brokerage, insurance, and consultation firm serving international clients. Don McAlvany is also the founder of the Asian Pacific Children’s Fund. 

Bernarda Pesantez worked for a Swiss private bank prior to joining BFI in 2000. During her tenure she has gained profound experience in trust and estate planning as well as regulatory considerations. 

Scott Schamber has been with BFI since 2002, most recently heading up the firm’s relationship management and client advisory team. Now with Global Gold, he leads a team dedicated to the purchase and storage of physically allocated metals in Switzerland. He is the co-editor of the “Digger Quarterly”, as well as the Global Gold blog.

Marc Selden advises high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate and tax planning, including international estate planning. Marc focuses his practice on the preparation of wills and trusts, insurance planning, and the creation of family limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, charitable trusts, and prenuptial agreements.

Matthew Smith works closely with clients, attorneys, investment advisors, banks and other service providers to provide effective asset protection solutions through the establishment of trust and company structures. Matthew is originally from the UK, where he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2008.

Sune-Hojgaard Sorensen is the founder of Librarium Associates Ltd. - a global research facility focused on big macro-economic and geopolitical trends serving institutional and private investors. In his role, he advises a select group of sophisticated investors with regards to their international investment and portfolio management needs, identifying risks and pinpointing opportunities actoss asset classes.

As the Executive Chairman of BFI Capital Group, Frank Suess heads up the group's overall business and strategy. He personally advises a select group of wealthy international investors and families with a focus on cross-border planning and prudent wealth management. He also acts as the Chairman of the Swiss Registered Investment Advisors Association (SRIAA). 

Dirk Steinhoff has been with BFI since 2007 and acts as the group’s Chief Investment Officer. He is also a managing partner of BFI Infinity and, as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), takes the lead regarding the firm's investment process and research.

Daniel Zurbruegg is a managing partner of BFI Infinity and, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), signs responsible for the executive management of the firm. Prior to his tenure at BFI, Mr. Zurbruegg had founded and managed Swiss Infinity Global Investments GmbH, an independent investment advisor that merged with BFI Wealth Management (International) Inc. to form BFI Infinity in 2017.
